BAYSE Text Messaging Terms

1. Program description

By opting in to BAYSE text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from BAYSE at the mobile number you provide, including new arrivals, restocks, exclusive offers, early access, abandoned-cart reminders and order-related updates. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

2. Consent is not required to buy

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. BAYSE does not charge for this program.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that sent you the message (or reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE). You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility

This program is available to US mobile numbers only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You agree to tell us if you change or deactivate your number.

9. Privacy

We use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us operate the program (such as our messaging platform).

10. Changes

We may change these terms or end the program at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted means you accept them. These terms supplement our Terms and Conditions.
